Alison’s primary role at Rybka is to manage the financial and HR functions of the business. She is responsible for overseeing both internal and external financial activity of the company.

Since March 2022, Alison is also Rybka’s certified Mental Health First Aider.

Away from the desk, Alison enjoys traveling with her husband and daughter and keeping fit.

Since joining Rybka’s Finance department, Katrina has dealt with a wide range of financial and administrative activities for the business. Katrina is responsible for invoice management and processing as well as co-ordinating the internal financial activity of Rybka. In supporting the Finance Manager, Katrina’s assistance enables continued efficiency and success of the department.

When she’s not number-crunching, Katrina enjoys going to the gym, spending time with her husband and two boys, and visiting the spa with her friends.

Since joining Rybka circa 20 years ago, Angela has been responsible for the coordination, implementation and maintenance of Rybka’s Quality Management system and ensuring the continual improvement and development of company practices. Angela is also Office/Administration Manger and oversees the day-to-day running of each of the Rybka branches.

Angela enjoys organising Rybka’s corporate events throughout the year and is a gym enthusiast who likes listening to music, reading thrillers and cake decorating.

Maggie’s primary role is Office Manager, looking after the day to day running of Rybka’s three offices, and is responsible for providing efficient and effective secretarial, administrative, reception and Health and Safety support. Maggie also assists the Marketing team in the delivery of the business development function and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Maggie enjoys reading and going to the movies.

Molly graduated from the University of Strathclyde in 2023 with a Master’s in International Business and Spanish. She then joined Rybka as a Graduate Marketing Officer to begin applying her knowledge from university in a professional work environment.

Molly works with various members within the company on a range of marketing activities. She is very much enjoying learning more about the construction industry and about Rybka’s activities.

In her free time, Molly likes to socialise with friends and family and go on long walks with her dog.
