Rybka has been involved in a £36.5 million programme which saw the consolidation of a number of existing schools to form two sites, the Lundavra Primary and the Caol Joint Campus. A total of 24 classrooms have been provided across three buildings, as well as multi-purpose halls, assembly areas and central ‘street’ social areas.
The programme also delivered a new community facilities building on the Caol Joint Campus site which features a library, youth centre, and youth café. All three buildings have been designed to incorporate Biomass heating system, mixed mode demand controlled ventilation and daylight controlled lighting.
