The refurbished River Ness Hotel is situated in Inverness, the capital of the Highlands. The hotel is located in the city centre on 83-97 Church Street, and has been converted from an office block to a new hotel with 78 guest bedrooms.
Rybka was appointed as Mechanical and Electrical Engineers for the detailed design of the hotel. The scope included designing the heating and cooling strategy (VRF in bedrooms, kitchens, and front of house), mechanical ventilation systems, natural gas installation, BMS, lighting, power, security systems, and Energy Performance Certificate.
