A new secondary school with integrated community facilities. This was the first LEIP-funded secondary school Rybka were involved in and successfully reached practical completion in August 2023 in time for the new school term commencing. The facility delivers high-quality, digitally-enabled learning environments that achieve ambitious energy targets.

Our scope included full MEP design, Thermal Comfort Analysis, CIBSE TM54 Operational Energy Analysis, BIM Level 2 and BB101 (2018) compliance.
