The proposed Tayport Community Hub will provide the town of Tayport with a new, vibrant and flexible community centre. Situated on a brownfield site, the hub will comprise of a multi-functional hall, leisure space, café, office accommodation and meeting room facilities to meet the diverse needs of the local community. Rybka will be designing sustainable and low carbon engineering solutions to the hub, incorporating CHP, PV and high-efficiency boilers while promoting a natural passive ventilation solution.
