In the ten years between 2002 and 2012, Rybka worked in partnership with Debut Services to deliver approximately 20,000 single living accommodation units in a Framework Agreement with the Ministry of Defence. All accommodation was built to Class One standard, providing individual rooms with en-suite facilities for all ranks of the armed forces.
The scope of services delivered by Rybka included the design of the building engineering services installations associated with each development. Rybka also advised on utility connection requirements related to the MoD private infrastructure installations, as well as the implementation of renewable energy strategies for each development.
