A collection of 5* studio to three-bedroom serviced apartments in the heart of Edinburgh city centre on St Andrew Square. The project comprised the conversion of a listed, former banking headquarters to create a range of modern, high end serviced apartments within walking distance of the city’s major attractions. At ground and basement levels, multiple bars, restaurants and a gym facility were created as part of the development, providing dining and leisure options within the heart of Edinburgh.
