The redevelopment of 38-52 West Register Street will carefully knit together the requirements for Category A office space with a high-quality restaurant and retail units into a complex historic site featuring a listed Venetian Gothic facade. The scheme involves carefully refurbishing historic elements and developing a new build strategy that responds to the scale and character of the surrounding environment.
Rybka has been appointed to design the building services strategy which will feature a highly efficient system such as the VRF fan coil system. Rybka is also conducting the BREEAM assessment, encouraging implementation of sustainability principles throughout the design.
