We are thrilled to be working alongside David Chipperfield Architects and 3DReid Ltd in the restoration of the former Jenners building on Princes Street, Edinburgh.
Described as ‘The Harrods of the North’, the iconic Category A-listed building, dating back to 1895, is being renovated and restored to bring it a new lease of life. The historical and architectural significance is being respectfully acknowledged through careful and sensitive redesign.
Once complete, the project will comprise a luxury 96-bed boutique hotel, with mixed use retail, commercial elements, and food and beverage offerings.
Delivering the MEP and sustainability aspect of the project, Rybka is working to ensure the renovation of this historic building provides modern sustainable, low carbon and low energy solutions.
