Growth plans for Inverness
As part of a planned growth strategy, Rybka has extended its commitment to the Highlands by taking on Martin Bell, a Chartered Electrical Engineer in the Building Services field. Martin has been appointed as Associate and joins Leslie Callander, Senior Associate, to strengthen the team on the first step of their expansion.
Originally from Inverness, Martin spent some time in Glasgow to study and begin his engineering career, before moving back to the Highlands. Martin brings a wealth of experience in all types of building projects, including strategies for integrating low carbon technologies and is also a specialist in the field of lighting.
Plans to grow the office further and support local employment are already in place. Rybka is aiming to provide trainee engineering positions in all of their offices across Scotland, with Inverness of particular focus.
