Situated in the heart of Edinburgh’s Exchange Area, the Edinburgh International Conference Centre delivers state-of-the-art conference facilities and 185,000sqft of commercial office accommodation. Rybka were appointed to design and develop a dynamic and efficient building services strategy to accommodate the wide variety of functions hosted within the EICC. The building features 21,500sqft of subterranean conference space including a bespoke retractable flooring system to offer a high level of flexibility.
