This Scottish Apprenticeship Week, we would like to introduce you to Baxter, our trainee engineer. Baxter joined in July last year and is based in Inverness, working full-time with the Rybka North team.
Baxter is part of the Robert Gordon University Graduate Apprenticeship (GA) scheme, allowing him to gain crucial hands-on industry experience while studying and earning his degree.
At Rybka, we are always keen to support and inform young people of the various ways they can enter the industry.
