Replacement Woodmill & St Columba's High School

New build 2,700 pupil community facility which comprises the combination of the existing Woodmill and St Columba's high schools, on a campus shared with Fife College. Includes ASHP-led heating and DHW installations and substantial PV areas which contribute to Passivhaus and LEIP compliance. WSC was a NZC Standards ‘Pathfinder’ project with focus on meeting associated embodied carbon targets. The combined school incorporates a significant ASN Facility with dedicated external area. The project was completed in June 2024 ahead of the commencement of the Aug 2024 school year.
