Furthering the transformation of the previously industrial area of Fountainbridge in Edinburgh, the new Hampton by Hilton hotel development offers 228 bedrooms, a fitness suite, a restaurant, breakfast room and meeting rooms.
Rybka were the clients preferred M&E Consulting Engineer and were involved at inception through to completion of the construction stage. The proposed strategy has been carefully engineered to provide an energy efficient solution that is capable of meeting the high demand associated with hotel developments. The hotel benefits from the installation of renewable technology in the form of Photovoltaic Panels mounted at roof level.
The project was handed over in September 2017.
