West Dunbartonshire Council move into new HQ offices in Dumbarton
We are delighted to announce that the West Dunbartonshire Council new office development was successfully handed over last week. Rybka provided mechanical, electrical and sustainability services for this significant project which will form key in the redevelopment of Dumbarton town centre.
The accommodation provided includes highly serviced council chambers, intelligent natural ventilated open-plan offices, mixed mode meeting room, and central atria area.
Rybka utilised BIM throughout the design process to assist with coordination to ensure exposed soffits met aesthetic aspirations whilst not compromising the services strategy or performance.
The new council HQ is designed to comply with the British Council for Offices Guide to specification.
